It's OFFICIAL! We now have a place to play. Much thanks is due to Sam Fowlkes and his family for generously allowing the use of their land for our first events.

Our first sparring match and practice will be this Saturday, April 18th at 10:00 a.m. at 102 Saltillo Rd. I have posted a link to directions from downtown Conway/ Oak St. to Saltillo Rd. It is about 10 minutes from downtown conway. The space we're using is rather large and there is even a bathroom and other amenities. A waiver must be signed before participating. If you are under 18 you will need your parent's signature. I will have these waivers available at the shop tonight. I also will have some mini fliers with the date and time for the sparring match on them. Hope to see you there!

Well, I just realized something. I'm an idiot! 

Besides that, I realized that Saturday I'm supposed to go with my dad to an all day class! I won't be in town at all on Saturday! But of course I'd print out some fliers before recalling this information. John Dorothy, and Tony couldn't exactly make it on Saturday anyway and now I can't make it either! Does Sunday morning or afternoon work for anyone else? I'm sorry folks! I completely forgot about that class until this morning. If everyone is down then we'll just move it until then. I'll come up and change the fliers too.

Also, for anyone that is interested, I thought about holding a mini practice at my house tonight (wednesday). Let me know if you're interested in that.

I'm talking with Sam about what time is good for him to let us come out there. I also am up for people coming over to mi casa tonight and sparring if they feel like it. I have a fenced in back yard that is a little more open for one on one combat than the back of the store is.

Ok, so OFFICIALLY (NO more changes! I swear!) we will be playing on Sunday at 1:00. I will put something up at the store letting people know about the changes later today.

Remember how I said there would be no more changes? Remember how JUST above me I said everything was set in stone. Oops! Well, Sam has something going on Sunday so we can't use his land this weekend. Anyone have any ideas where we can go instead? I vote either Cadron Settlement Park or Toad Suck Park. Any other ideas?
